Crema Catalana 1 (see notes on all of these)

I like how this creme brulee sugary topping looks like this, without the pic next to it (see next pic) with the spoon in it. But, does this need to be bought as a larger size for the banner, to make it just show this crystallized top? Text color: like a darkish amber color with a white glow around it, or if you use a goldish side area to write in, maybe a foody color, like light pink, medium pink, amber-pink, etc. (just not black on these light ones)
